I solemnly declare that the information provided by me is correct to the best of my knowledge and nothing has been concealed. I undertake to abide by all the Rules, Regulations, and Instructions of the college. If at any stage I am found violating any Rules/Regulations, in that case, my admission shall be considered as cancelled. No criminal case is pending/lodged against me. I will not seek any change of subject. I will submit the fee and other dues on time, one semester prior or before the beginning of next semester - before receiving the admit card.
